Conversion Statement

All payments will be made in the local currency of the Republic of Serbia – dinar (RSD). For informational purposes, prices in other currencies are shown using the middle exchange rate of the National Bank of Serbia. The amount charged to your credit card will be expressed in your local currency through conversion at the exchange rate used by card organizations, which may not be known to us at the time of the transaction. As a result of this conversion, there may be a slight difference from the original price listed on our website.

Delivery of Goods and Possible Restrictions

Delivery Timeframe

– After order confirmation, the order enters processing status. The processing period is usually 24 hours. Orders placed over the weekend will be processed on the first working day of the following week. From that point, the delivery time is 7 working days for the territory of the Republic of Serbia.
– Deliveries are not made on public holidays.

Package Pickup

– The courier service Bex Express delivers packages to the delivery address between 08:00 and 19:00. Please ensure that someone is available at the address during this time to receive the package. When receiving the package, visually inspect it for any visible damage. If you notice significant damage to the transport box and suspect that the product may be damaged, refuse to accept the package and notify us immediately. If the package appears undamaged, you may accept it and sign the delivery receipt. The courier will attempt to deliver each package twice. Typically, if the courier cannot find you at the address, they will call you on the phone number provided during the order process and arrange a new delivery time. Upon receipt of the package, we will contact you to determine the reason for non-delivery and arrange for re-shipment.

Delivery Costs

– Delivery to the home address within the Republic of Serbia for all orders is 390 RSD.
– NOTE: By confirming the order by clicking the CONFIRM button, you agree to the delivery conditions.

Complaints

Complaints About Transport Damage

– It is very important to report any transport damage visible on the product packaging immediately to the courier who delivered the goods. Any damage during transport must be reported by the customer within 24 hours of receiving the goods. If you notice such damage, do not sign the receipt of the package or ask the courier to wait while you check if the damage to the packaging has caused any damage to the product or loss of parts. If the product is undamaged and all parts are accounted for, sign the receipt of the package.

Complaints About Data or Incorrect Goods

– If you receive a package and, after opening the box, find that the delivered goods do not match the order or the invoice data is incorrect, please email us within 24 hours of receiving the package at ajdeshop@gmail.com with your details (name, surname, phone) and describe the problem. We will respond to the complaint as soon as possible and inform you about further steps. The complaint resolution period is 15 days from the complaint submission.

Complaints and Product Replacement

– The product can be exchanged for another within the legal period, provided it is not damaged or used, with the return costs borne by the customer. The exchange must be made within 14 days.
– In the case of deviation from the specified product specification, we commit to replacing the product with another, with all costs borne by the online store ajdeshop.com.
– The warranty does not apply in cases of defects resulting from improper use.
– In the case of exchanging a product for a different size, the seller is obliged to make the exchange if the product is in stock. If the purchased product for which an exchange is requested is not in stock at that time, the seller must replace the product with another of the customer’s choice, with possible additional payment or return of the price difference. In the absence of the possibility to exchange, the seller must refund the money to the customer, with return costs borne by the customer.

We collect only necessary basic customer/user data and data needed for business and informing users in accordance with good business practices and to provide quality service. We provide customers with the option to choose, including the decision to opt out of mailing lists used for marketing campaigns. All user/customer data is strictly protected and accessible only to employees who need this information to perform their job. All employees of ajdeshop.com (and business partners) are responsible for adhering to privacy protection principles.

Protection of Transaction Confidential Data

When entering payment card details, confidential information is transmitted via public networks in a protected (encrypted) form using SSL protocol and PKI system, as the most advanced cryptographic technology currently available. Data security during purchase is guaranteed by the payment card processor, Banca Intesa ad Beograd, so the entire payment process takes place on the bank’s pages. At no time are payment card details available to our system.

Customer Rights

With each completed order, the user receives an email with attached documents* describing customer rights and how to exercise them:

– Consumer Rights Notice
– Form for Withdrawal from the Distance Selling Agreement

In the case of returning goods and refunding a customer who previously paid by credit card, partially or in full, regardless of the reason for the return, ajdeshop.com is obliged to make the refund exclusively via VISA, EC/MC, and Maestro payment methods, meaning the bank will refund the money to the cardholder’s account at the seller’s request.

If the payment process using a credit card is interrupted or skipped, the customer loses all rights arising from the order process.

In the case of cash on delivery, the seller will refund the money to the customer’s bank account with instructions.
