number of washes, t-shirts made of this material will not be useful for cleaning the dust or windows around the house.” and it will not shrink from size M to size S.

ORDER PROCESSING TIME

The standard delivery time for most AJDE orders is typically between 7 to 10 business days from the day of ordering. Please bear with us if there are any delays due to possible changes in courier services or during holidays and non-working days.

DELIVERY WITHIN SERBIA

Packages within Serbia are delivered by BEXexpress, with a delivery time of 7 to 10 business days. Delivery costs within Serbia are free for orders over 10,000 RSD (85 EUR), while for orders under 10,000 RSD, a delivery fee of 390 RSD is charged.

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY

Packages delivered outside Serbia will be delivered within 7 to 14 days from the order date by DHL Express. There is a possibility that your package may arrive outside the expected timeframe, depending on the current regulations in your country and the customs clearance process.

Since we are currently in a 7-day PREORDER period, your packages will be packed and shipped after the PREORDER ends. We are doing everything we can to get your AJDE packages to you as quickly as possible!

IMPORTANT: AJDE does not cover any taxes, duties, or other costs that may arise during the customs clearance process in your country. These costs are the sole responsibility of the customer and are not included in the price you pay on the website.

DUTIES AND TAXES

International packages may incur additional duties, costs, and taxes determined by your local customs authorities. All potential additional delivery costs are solely the responsibility of the customer. Please consult your local customs website for more information.

If you notice any damage to the delivered package, please notify us at ajdeshop@gmail.com so that we can resolve the situation as quickly as possible.

RETURNS

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your received AJDE order, you have the opportunity to return it within 14 days. Please ensure that the products you wish to return are sent back in their original condition (without signs of wear/washing or any other damage) and in their original packaging, with all labels and tags that came with the product upon delivery.

What do you need to return the ordered products?

To return your order, you will need: the invoice/delivery note (which was sent to your email), the fiscal receipt, a completed withdrawal form, and the product packed in its original packaging addressed to the seller.

To avoid any confusion, here are a few simple steps to return your order:

1. Fill out the Withdrawal Form.

2. Pack the products you wish to return in their original packaging, along with the invoice/delivery note, fiscal receipt, and completed withdrawal form.

3. Send the package with the products you wish to return to the following address: ALEKSANDAR KRAJNOVIC PR AJDE ALEX, Bosanska 14, 23216, Banatsko Karadjordjevo, Serbia.

4. Hand the package over to the selected courier service, making sure to track the package, and please note that you are responsible for the shipping costs.

5. Once the package arrives at our address, and after confirming that the products are still in their original condition, we will send you a confirmation of receipt to your email address.

6. If the products are in good condition and you have returned them in their original state, with all tags and labels, your funds will be refunded (via the original payment method) as soon as possible from the day we receive the returned products.

Is it possible to exchange ordered products?

Since it is not possible to exchange ordered products, but you still want a different item, we recommend that you return the already ordered product, and we will refund your payment. After that, you can order the other product you desire.
